Article 1 : Object

Les présentes conditions de vente visent à définir les relations contractuelles entre « Industrivio » et l’acheteur et les conditions applicables à tout achat effectué par le biais du site internet ​ . L’acquisition d’un produit à travers le présent site implique une acceptation sans réserve par l’acheteur des présentes conditions de vente dont l’acheteur reconnaît avoir pris connaissance préalablement à sa commande. Avant toute transaction, l’acheteur déclare d’une part que l’achat de produits sur le site ​ est sans rapport direct avec son activité professionnelle et est limité à une utilisation strictement personnelle et d’autre part avoir la pleine capacité juridique, lui permettant de s’engager au titre des présentes conditions générales de ventes. 

​The company "Industrivio" reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulation or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 2 : Products

Les produits proposés sont ceux qui figurent sur le site  ​ de la société « Industrivio » dans la limite des stocks disponibles. La société « Industrivio » se réserve le droit de modifier à tout moment l’assortiment de produits. Chaque produit est présenté sur le site internet sous forme d’un descriptif reprenant ses principales caractéristiques techniques (contenance, utilisation, composition…). Les photographies sont les plus fidèles possibles mais n’engagent en rien le Vendeur. La vente des produits présentés dans le site ​ est destinée à tous les acheteurs résidants dans les pays qui autorisent pleinement l’entrée sur leur territoire de ces produits.

Article 3 : Prices

The prices appearing on the cards of the products of the Internet catalog are prices in Euros (€) all inclusive of tax (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable to the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Industrivio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order shall be the only price applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased, depending on the total amount of the order. In metropolitan France, for any order greater than or equal to 300 euros including all taxes, shipping costs are offered; for any order less than 300 euros including all taxes, a flat rate for participation in shipping costs will be charged to the buyer in the amount of 30 euros including all taxes.

Article 4 : Order and payment terms

Before any order, the buyer must create an account on the site ​ . The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (status of orders, profile...), will have to identify himself using this information. "Industrivio" offers the buyer the possibility of ordering and paying for its products in several stages. Payment by bank transfer is the only payment option currently available. The buyer selects the products he/she wishes to order in the "shopping cart", modifies them if necessary (quantities, references...), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: "Payment by bank transfer". Finally, the last step proposes to him to check all the information, to take knowledge and to accept the present general conditions of sale by notching the corresponding box, then invites him to validate his order by clicking on the button "Confirm my order". This last click constitutes the final conclusion of the contract. Upon validation, the buyer receives an order form confirming the registration of his order. In order to finalize payment and process the order, the buyer must contact his/her bank in order to make the transfer corresponding to the amount of his/her order to the bank account of "Industrivio", whose details are communicated to the buyer. Upon receipt of the transfer, the order will be processed and the buyer will be informed by e-mail.

The company "Industrivio" will ship the products at the earliest 2 working days after receipt of the transfer corresponding to the order, subject to provisions. Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, recognition of having full knowledge of them and renunciation of the right to invoke one's own terms and conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction. If the Buyer has an e-mail address and if he or she has provided it on the order form, Industrivio shall send him or her an e-mail confirming that the order has been registered. Article 5 : Reservation of ownership

The company "Industrivio" retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, fees and taxes included.

Article 6 : Retractation

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs.

Article 7 : Shipping

​Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area, and are made by one of our delivery partners. The delivery partner is obliged to deliver the goods to the delivery address specified on the order form and to monitor the delivery. Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. "Industrivio" may provide the buyer with the tracking number of his/her package by e-mail. The buyer shall be delivered to his/her home by his/her letter carrier. If the buyer is absent, he/she will receive a notice of passage from the letter carrier, which allows him/her to collect the ordered products from the nearest post office, within a period of time indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transport shall be borne by the purchaser from the moment the articles leave the premises of "Industrivio". The purchaser is required to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods on delivery in the presence of the employee of the Post Office or the delivery person. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 8 : Garantee

All products supplied by Industrivio are covered by the legal guarantee provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to "Industrivio", which will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. All claims, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made by post to the following address: Industrivio, 36 Rue Ledru Rollin, 92260, Fontenay Aux Roses, France, within thirty days of delivery.

Article 9 : Responsability

​Industrivio", in the process of distance selling, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of service, or other involuntary problems.

Article 10 : Intellectual proprety

All elements of the site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company "Industrivio". No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether in the form of photos, logos, visuals or text. ​ ​

Article 11 :Personal information 

The company "Industrivio" undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which it may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning the buyer is subject to the provisions of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the  Internet user has a right to access, modify and delete information concerning him. Article 12 : Settlement of disputes

The present conditions of remote sale are subjected to the French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Nanterre.
